youth leadership-training programs by designing programs
that meet the needs of the youth of today and focusing on
social/psychological development and learning styles. This
has gravitated into the adult learning and corporate world.
The goal is always to custom create an interactive “edu-tainment”
program to provide a superior learning experience for the
target audience. Through extensive research, leadership
programs have been developed for youth from ages 12 upward.
Further research has confirmed that cognitive skills are
developing and critical for youth in the 10 year-old range
