RYLA Chair John Nugent and his committee kicked off the 2nd RYLA convention with pride and a flourish, in a city where banners and billboards proudly displayed the RI Convention and what Rotary is all about. More than 19,000 Rotarians traveled from 147 countries to attend the 93rd RI Convention in sunny Barcelona, Spain, on 23-26 June. The two-day RYLA session included a sharing and learning experiential session on Rotary Youth Leaders, facilitated by Rotarian leaders from around the world who are passionate about RYLA.
